People need to understand the United States is not a monarchy. Obama is not in a position to ban foie gras at Royal Banquets, as is Queen Beatrix. Many countries choose to have monarchies, such as the UK, The Netherlands, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, and others. Adding another albatross for taxpayers, Europeans added the EU to further reduce options life might have afforded them otherwise.
